We bought a Eureka Gonzo Grill system as an alternative to cooking on the stove in the van. This thing is pretty amazing. We’ve made grilled meats & veggies, pizza, breakfast stuff, and beer brats just to name a few.
While in Oregon in the summer of 2018, we couldnt pass up one of our fav’s: Colombia River Steelhead with Sciracha Mayo, blood orange slices, and a dusting of ghost pepper salt & tomato bullion. #vanlife is what ya make it!
